At SAACKE UK, our Commercial Team is the driving force behind customer engagement. Based at our Havant HQ but regularly on the road across the UK and Ireland, our sales team manages everything from initial enquiries and technical quotations to full engineered package solutions. Working closely with colleagues in design, operations, project management, and our service engineers - both in the UK and at SAACKE Group in Bremen - we ensure a seamless, consultative sales experience built on transparency, trust, and expertise.
Our sales team is a blend of seasoned industry experts and fresh talent, bringing together technical knowledge, commercial insight, and a genuine passion for customer-focused service. In 2025 we have comprehensively overhauled our service contracts, to more accurately reflect our customers’ needs. Our commitment to servicing and maintenance is as strong as ever, and we continue to operate with one of the largest combustion engineering teams in the UK. Our products are all designed to the latest standards and regulations, using BAT (Best Available Technology) but without regular maintenance – even the most robust systems will eventually start to underperform. We have a close working relationship with our SAACKE Ombustion department, with access to vast knowledge and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) using state-of-the-art super computers for our customers to assess fuel suitabilities, optimisition of plant, emissions compliance, and everything related to the combustion process.
We can also provide accurate 3D surveying and modelling on boiler-houses and plant to demonstrate our bespoke turnkey offerings. We use a suite of advanced software and technology during our design phase to make sure we cover every aspect of our projects, down to the most minute detail.
